I had a very bad experience with Dr smith and her PA or NP (can’t remember which she is) Michelle baker. I went in with concerns of gallbladder dysfunction and was completely dismissed come to find out I do have gallbladder dysfunction and need to have it removed. I suffered for 9 months when I’d said from day one I thought it was the gallbladder. She told me she wasn’t able to order more scans, I decided to switch primary care doctors after that and the new one had no issues ordering the scans I asked for.
She is knowledgeable and receptive to her patient's needs. Easy to talk to, he does not intimidated her patient's. Responds quickly to patients request on patient portals.
Dr. Smith is kind, compassionate and caring. The BEST MD ever!
Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and has a terrific manor. She is an active and attentive listener. She makes me feel confident being under her care.
