I am a new patient. Dr. Lonergan is enthusiastic and loves helping her patients. She has helped me with several issues in just 2 visits. She is very kind and understanding. I am in gentle hands. I appreciate her knowledge and willingness to explain the process of my dermatology needs. I am thankful for her.
Dr. Cheryl L. Lonergan, M.D. is great. Problems with the office however... Their receptionist did not check my referrals or have me pay my copay every visit so I ended up having to make a six month claim with my insurance. I later received a bill stating an amount but wasn’t itemized and telling me after several attempts and no response, the bill will go to collections in 14 days.
