Awful and rude. Since we didn’t click, I didn’t go back. I was under the impression I had paid up. She sent a letter stating I owed more, I tried repeatedly to make a payment over the phone (I moved from the town) which she wouldn’t accept. She reported me to the credit bureau and is the only derogatory mark I’ve ever had on my credit.
This woman needs to be diagnosed. She is extremely unprofessional and dressed like a complete slob. Her office is super messy with cat toys everywhere. Her entire testimony was found unreliable by the judge. Do not waste your time with this quack. Get a real psychologist
I would leave no stars if possible. Ms. Kaiser is extremely unprofessional and pretentious I can’t even believe she’s there to give advice to people when she needs some herself. Stay away!!!!!!!!
