years ago saw Dr Cheryl Keys for couple visits and then eye surgery. Very rude and cold. I have not heard any patient in the waiting room say good things about her. See one of her colleagues instead. I never seen her after surgery since she had me seen by her assistants only after surgery even though I had a lot of swelling, blurry vision and pain. I think Dr. Keys is an absolutely hateful chief. She seems to care very little about the way Kaiser patients are treated. Seems like you can’t get her to actually care and/or help if there is an issue. She wouldn’t help me.
Dr. Keys is an excellent ophthalmologist. I have been seeing her since she started with Kaiser. She is up on the latest treatments and always takes the time to understand my eye issues. I wish she wasn’t spending so much time on Kaiser administrative work - then more patients could experience the excellence that I see.
Rude and inconsistent with what I was told. I can't recommend this physician.
Dr. Keys is an excellent eye doctor. However, she has moved up in the Kaiser administrative system which has limited her clinical time. So it is now difficult to get an appointment, which is why I'm a little hesitant to recommend her to family and friends. If you can see her, you'll be well-served!
