I'd give Dr.Witlow 3 stars,as a physician,himself but due to the rudeness of his staff,primarily the lady,is the reasoning why I gave him 2 stars. I believe a staff,especially the ones patients deal with at front desk,are a major reflection of the doctor & his staff as a whole. Any CEO will tell you his staff whether immediate or distant down the ladder reflect highly upon that leader himself.
