Cheryl provide professional staging to my rental property and the result is phenomenal. We receive many application and find a good tenant within a week.
Cheryl was absolutely fabulous to work with on the purchase of our first home! She walked us through every step and was able to answer any questions that we had along the way. She made what for many is a hard/complicated process smooth and seamless. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is in the market to buy or sell a home.
I had my home staged by Cherly for a flat fee. It turned out that this was the best way to go. The other option was to add staging via the real estate agency you are listing with for a percentage fee. That other option would definitely cost twice as much than Cheryl's fee was. Not only I was able to cut my staging fees in 1/2 , Cheryl did an amazing job staging each room in the house with trendy updated furniture! I cannot recommend Cheryl more (and have, in fact, already given her contact out to multiple friends). My partner, Mother in Law and I were buying our first house together under an LLC which was a bit unconventional. We knew basically nothing. Cheryl walked us through the process (patiently!), answered every single email, call, and text message we sent. Came with us to view multiple homes - even to one on Father's Day!
