everything. from the time I walked in to the month later I'm still waiting for my sons glasses. as I was "greeted" at the door I was told to not walk any further. my fiance was then immediately questioned why he was there when its very well clear I have anxiety and panic attacks that I need assistance at office visits. my son also needing glasses was finally able to order his. it's been over a month and no word or updates on them. I started going to Jansen a many years ago, and it has been a great experience. The Drs are courteous and provide excellent explanations and care. I’ve started seeing Dr Hamissou a few years back and she is the best! She’s patient, kind, funny, and remembers even little details. Everyone on staff is awesome.
