Exceptional marketing and communication skills - Excellent follow up and attention to detail – Knowledgeable about all details of real estate transactions - Compassionate: treats each customer with personalized service because she knows the importance of that sale/purchase to the client. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Cheryl. She was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process and always made herself available when we had questions. She was organized, thorough, and stayed on top of every detail, which made selling our home so much less stressful. What we appreciated most was how hard she worked for us. She was always advocating for our best interests and making sure things kept moving forward. We truly felt like she was in our corner every step of the way. Selling a home can be... read more

Cheryl is not just a real estate agent. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but working with her made the whole experience so much easier. She’s incredibly patient, kind, and always made sure we understood every step of the process. No question was ever too small, and she always took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decisions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and it really shows in the way she works. If you’re looking for an agent who is not only skilled but also truly carin... read more

Cheryl helped us smoothly with both buying our new home and renting our apartment. She was always responsive, clear, and easy to work with throughout the process. We’d definitely recommend Cheryl for anyone looking for a reliable realtor.

If someone else was ahead of us, we should have been told immediately instead of being strung along for two weeks. Terrible communication ... read more
