Dr. Clay provides exceptional care and support. We have enjoyed our visits and my son feels comfortable communicating his concerns and questions to Dr. Clay
Dr. Clay is absolutely wonderful with my grandson, Jack! She is professional, caring, kind, friendly, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to make sure every concern was addressed, and we never felt rushed. Her nurses are wonderful as well—everyone in the office is warm, welcoming, and compassionate. We truly appreciate the excellent care Jack received and highly recommend Dr. Clay and her entire team!

They are super caring about punctuality. They do have a 15-minute grace period, unless they’re too busy, then you’ll get turned away, even if you called ahead to ask whether you could still be seen if you were late. And guess what? That’s strike one. But they won’t tell you it’s your first strike, even though later they’ll claim they sent you a notice that you never received.
