Sold me a home in Trenton Mi. After only owning the home for 2 weeks the plumbing backed up. Upon further investigation the plumbing from the house to the main is full of roots and broken pipe. The homeowner/ realtor Cheryl claims to have not known about the issue, However after speaking with neighbors it seems this is a common issue in the neighborhood.
