The woman told me that the dress I had just spent $550 on looked, "Ok for me being a big girl." Sorry I didn't weigh 110lbs like she did. I will NEVER go back. If your plus size, don't waste your time or tears.
Was very disappointed in the customer service. Your staff was rude to the bridesmaids and more upsetting was how the bride was treated. Your staff showed no patience to the bride when she had decisions to make in regards to the dress which she was not expecting when we came into the store. Your staff was not friendly and was not happy when the bride asked to have her dress brought so the bridesmaids could see it. They told they would bring it out but she could not try it on. Unbelievable!
