Cheryl acts like she cares but in fact is very dismissive. I was early on in my pregnancy and told her I was having very bad pain. She told me it was just growing pains and dismissed my concerns which ultimately ended me up in the ER the next evening from passing blood in my urine due to an infection. The traumatic experience could have been avoided if I would have been taken serious and ran a simple test. A couple other times she was out of town on vacation when I had concerns and her nurse practitioner told me they had no ... read more

She’s very nice as long as there aren’t any problems or complications. Then she gaslights you into thinking you’re crazy and abnormal because she actually has very limited knowledge and abilities. She is not kind to overweight individuals. She told me my pain was not severe and downplayed my other symptoms because she didn’t have any answers (or referrals).

I feel sad and humiliated from my experience. She did not treat me with compassion but as though I just made her job and life more difficult. She couldn’t help me, but it added salt to the wound when she kept making me feel alone by saying rude, isolating comments: “I don’t work with (insert disease here)” or just saying “you need help.” It’s hard being a woman and dealing with so many health issues, but to be treated like this by someone who specializes in Women’s health is degrading. Mercy had no response to my concerns.

Dr. Fogarty really helped me. She is a kindhearted person and I am grateful for her. Jessica, her MA, is also a sweetheart.

She’s very insecure. If you question why or how she is recommending a procedure, she is very defensive. She rushes appointments and her staff are also rude

She gaslit me into doing a procedure I was not comfortable with. When there were complications after, she ghosted me. Downplayed my symptoms or just didn’t respond at all. When I submitted a complaint saying I was gaslit and have had my symptoms ignored, she was then quick to respond in firing me as a patient (I wasn’t going to go back anyway). It’s funny that her first reaction as a medical provider was not to treat her patient who was in distress from a procedure she performed, but fire a patient who called her out. She ha... read more

Very compassionate however she is not vbac friendly. I stayed with her because she said she was but she kept changing stories. I follow ACOG and cross referencing what she would say with ACOG most of the time was wrong. Her nurse Jessica is very rude and made comments to me that were not nice or professional. Telling me it impossible for me to be pregnant or impossible for the baby to make it and more. I would never recommend Jessica. But overall Fogerty was not bad and if you are doing a vaginal she would be good. But stay ... read more

I actually didn't realize I had a bad birth experience with my first child until I switched to Dr. Fogarty and delivered a second time. Kristen and Dr. Fogarty went above and beyond to take exceptional care of us. They listened to me and were patient with me and met my fears and concerns with compassion and wisdom. The birthing process was not rushed or forced but felt like we were all a team. I genuinely did not know what a good birth experience was until I switched to them.
