My dad died and their response to my brother needing to leave was "too bad, you need to pay for August even if you're leaving July". Heartless, useless people run this dump.
Me and my fiance moved in just under a year ago. The layout is great, maintenence has never been an issue and no, you cannot hear peeing from other neighbors. Sometimes you can hear water running from other apartments or hear walking from upstairs neighbors. But it has never caused us any problems. I honestly love it here. The price is reasonable for its size. My only complaint is that parking can full up at night, especially on the weekends when people have friends over.
