Bough a home at Cherry Wood, because I was told, that it was a 55 years of age and up community, and that all the homes were occupy by their owners, but after i moved in, came to find out, many of the homes are rented out, and many have been empty for many years. Another ting is, that there isn't much cooperation from the property management here, when one call the main office, to ask for any help, all it get is an answering machine, and if you live a message never get any one to you back.
