They are supposed to be an aggressive lender, I provided them with everything possible and the loan was denied at the very last second. Also, almost all of the $4,200 deposit was exhausted. The only positive was my particular rep was decent and perplexed as to why the loan was denied.
They have no money to lend. Take your deposit and run you around.
On the positive side...Willing to take on my commercial loan application where others would not. Courteous reps. On the negative side...Required a $3,500 deposit up-front just to process the loan which I got to them within 24 hrs. However, when I later cancelled the loan request due to ultimately unfavorable terms, and after several e-mails asking what the hold-up was, it took them over 3 weeks to return the unused portion of my deposit.
