You will see roaches every morning. My neighbor had problems with rats. Their location was good, but the management office ignored maintenance requests.
Maintenance is fast and friendly, but that you need them regularly is a bummer. Location is great, right near a lot of restaurants and WT. Unfortunately they don't spray against bugs enough. Great place if you are a poor college student, otherwise I might suggest elsewhere.
