Something is seriously seriously off here, they seem to be greatly lacking in morals and ethics. They created a nightmare situation for me. Their business practices seem to be highly untrustworthy, unreliable, uncommunicative, and likely illegal. Their neglect regarding my living conditions is likely grounds for me to sue. Document everything! They tried to charge us over $4,000 upon move out… But because I had pictures and txt messages with management from the issues occurred at move in and during our 24 months stay, they had no leg to stand on and had to drop their ridiculous charges down to only $700. You would think Edmond would be safe and clean city to live in. Not at a cherrywood property. I’ve been using Cherrywood to manage three of my rental properties around Oklahoma for a few years now, and I am extremely pleased with the services they provide.
