Just moved out after 3 years of renting with Cherrywood and I could not recommend them more. Most of my deposit was returned and the move out deductions were extremely fair (replacing light bulbs, replacing batteries in smoke detectors). Unprofessional office - takes retaliatory measures when their tenants ask for help with basic needs and maintenance repairs. If I were a renter or owner I would run away fast and find a different property agency unless you love pouring time and money into useless efforts and subpar repairs and maintenance of your home. We rented a home for 3 years with Cherrywood and we really enjoyed our experience. The house we rented was a little on the older side but Cherrywood was always super quick and professional anytime we needed something. This included sending out an A/C repair guy within 12 hours on a weekend during the summer, replying at midnight when we had a water pipe burst, among other scenarios. They are good people who I trust to manage my future properties.
If you are looking for a realtor, Lauren Toppins is simply the best. I’ve worked with Lauren to buy and sell both investment and personal properties, she’s very knowledgeable, moves fast, takes the time to walk me through all of the steps, and is very honest and upfront.
