Great company, even better employees
I had a genuinely terrible experience with Cherrywood. Maintenance was slow, showed up unannounced, and I was charged for several items upon moving out without any substantiation. Problems inherent to the house are blamed on and charged to tenants. They pursue any debt with tenacity but will not help tenants. Their google reviews are full of employees of the company leaving five stars to drown out the honest feedback of customers, which is against google TOS as a conflict of interest.
