very good they did a great job with my newly adopted puppy. He was a bit of a problem for us, getting into some 'poisonous' plants in the yard, then breaking into a rabbits nest & eating one of the bunnies. In his first 6 months with us they fielded several panic calls and helped me (a first time pet owner) get thru all that it means to adopt a 6 month old puppy!
RecommendedA big shout out to Andi and Dr. Jeannie for helping us with our cat during this horrible pandemic. These 2 women are so compassionate in handling us and our cat plus got us a diagnosis immediately and thank heaven Andi is so patient as she taught us how to give our kitty his shots and explained thoroughly what we need to look for.....Thank you to Cherryvale Animal Clinic for employing such dedicated people and a thank you to Dr. Jeannie and Andi.......you two ROCK!

I set up a apointment today 3 weeks ago and also had my other clinic fax my two dogs paper work over. When i got there the front desk lady was no help at all. I found out about 30 mins later that they schedule me over in rockford with a different last name. Wasted my time. If they fail on a simple apointment im worried about how bad they are with pets. I cant even believe the front desk woman did nothing to help with the mistake they made.
Wonderful, reasonable service! So happy my neighbor recommended them! I will tell everyone to support this business; they really care and are not just trying to make $!
dr jennie is the best vet in the world took care of my dogs since puppy shots one to rainbow bridge and saved other ones life so many times your animals would be in best hands here did everything she could to keep my baby as long as posible
Super friendly staff! Treated my pup (3month old beagle) as if he was their own. I would recommend! :D
