She continued her education in dentistry, becoming a licensed dental hygienist and ultimately graduating from the UNC School of Dentistry in 1996 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. As natives of the Crystal Coast, Dr. Davis and her husband, Tom and their grown children love living in Morehead City.

I have been meaning to leave a review! She is a great dentist and treats all of her patients with a great deal of respect and professionalism.
Everything about this dentist is great to me. I guess it's just the fact that I've been going to her for so long I feel very comfortable with her and her staff.
I have been going there for so long it's almost like a second family at this point. She is so friendly; I've run into her a couple of times at the shops and what not and we always stop and chat and say hi.
If I had to describe the staff at Dr. Cherryl A. Davis I'd have to say that they are very professional. I feel like they really care about their patients and that's something you don't find everywhere you go.
I love having Dr. Cherryl as my dentist. She and her staff are always so friendly and provide a great atmosphere for a doctor's office.
I have been coming here for 16 or 17 years. This is hands down the best place I have ever gone to for dental care. They are great at handling everything.
BEWARE THEY ALWAYS SURCHARGE INSURANCE COVERAGE. Went here because a preferred provider of Ameritas. First time they do X-rays and send me a $400 bill--never said X-rays would cost me personally as not covered. Next time go for a cleaning and examine--less than 20 minutes--no issues. Get a bill for $35. The care is typical--nothing extraordinary but they surcharge everything EVEN AFTER I SENT THEM A LETTER TELLING THEM TO TELL ME IN ADVANCE OF ANY CHARGES WHICH THEY DID NOT. Needless to say we are never returning.
The atmosphere at Dr. Davis's dentist office is very welcoming, it makes you feel very comfortable. They always take the time to ask me if I have any questions, and I always do. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Davis is very caring and makes sure to give you a great experience at the dentist.
