Second of fours times there’s, the younger girl is great.. and as hard as I try to reason why the elderly lady is so rude , I can’t and won’t go back, she will argue her point even as nice as one tries to be nice... if she is a mgr, bless her cold cold heart

Lady that runs it is sooo rude!!!! Doesn’t let you sit and enjoy. Hovers like we were criminals and basically tried to discipline MY granddaughter who is very very well behaved. Oh no Kathy!!
Rude service! The cashier Isabell is very police and friendly, this other older lady though is just plain RUDE!!!
went in about 2:00 asked for a sample cup. the girl working the counter let me know she was busy making coffee. no big deal but she asked what I needed. she then brought the cup and wanted to know which one I wanted to try cause she would get is no biggie. obviously she didn't have time for me, was completely put out. we never leave not spending 15$ plus Everytime. I let her keep the sample as we chose to leave. Sorry we inconvenienced her.
Rude owner my 15 yoa was trying to tell her that one of the machines wasn’t working she yelled at my daughter. My daughter doesn’t ever say anything about cherry berry but if my daughter felt bad that she got yelled at and got scared that she said something danggg. my daughter is the one that loves going to cherry berry and we have been customers for more than 4 years.
so many great flavors. facility is always clean and staff is super friendly.
