My son and I are/were patients here and called to see if I could get my sunglasses adjusted. The lady that answered the call asked if I bought them there, I said no, but you sell the brand there, so she puts me on hold, comes back and said, the doctor said we can't because you didn't buy them here. I could understand this if I wasn't a patient at this practice. My son and I both need glasses, so I called back and asked if they could mail me our prescriptions. My family and I love Dr. Cherry and staff. ALWAYS pleasant and helpful!
We were 11 minutes late for an appointment and they made us reschedule. They say after 10 minutes they will not take you in. We had 2 back to back appointments so one child could not be seen. They were very rude and would not see the other child. There was no one else in the office and I told them no one else was there to be seen. They still wouldnt see my other child.
