Absolute garbage apartment complex. The owner is a complete slum lord. Cockroaches and insect infestations everywhere. Unfulfilled maintenance requests. Penalty fees left and right.
I know the owner will spray for bedbugs, has sprayed for bedbugs & done heat treatments on at least 2 units.
do not i repeat do not rent from this place i know the person in one of the apartments and they were infested with bedbugs. and they landlord refused to do anything about it
