Had me sigh paper work, but never gave me the keys and saying I owe over 2,000 to them . Never kept their word on payments being able to be made. Even before suppose to move on already scheduled other showings of the same unit I was suppose to be renting. Water damage around toilet and severe gapping in floorboards when we moved in, both of which only got worse over time. Maintenance man puts useless nails in things and wrote "do not lean" in the dust on the railing. Apartment manager changes every couple of months and only communicate when it's about an issue they have with you. Personally, I do not agree that residents are not assigned a parking in front of their apartment and have to park far away, even visitors park in front .
Had trouble with the website, the young lady who answered gave me easy directions to find the information I needed which I was grateful for. Other places have given such hassle when needing help navigating around so thank you
