Horrible. Lived here for 4 years and had MANY issues that were never resolved. I’ll give it to the new management, they absolutely clean the outside to appear more luxurious than cherry tree could ever be. They care more about the people moving in, than the ones who’ve been paying tenants for years. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Hopefully with time they can learn how to cater to their existing tenants, while catering to new tenants.

She walked me through everything step by step and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my apartment.
