I had an appointment that I had already put a deposit down for and everything... well, some things happened, schedules changed, and I completely forgot about my appointment. Instead of them getting rid of my deposit and canceling me all together, Kevin worked out another appointment date with me AND kept my deposit so that I wouldn't have to pay it again.
