Walked in, no one in line, ordered, then waited as the barista slowly made drinks for 6 people waiting for their drinks, one employee serving food, the barista stopped making drinks to take orders from customers walking in, guess you’d rather make people wait after you’ve got their money instead of before they order, less likely to walk out.
