Our HOA had a 4 month window given by citizens insurance to replace 15 yo roof & skylights or not be renewed. We had planned to replace in year 17. Bid requests, evaluations & special assessments all had to be completed. Cherry Roofing stood out as transparent, fair pricing and met their commitment which required weekend work to get it done correctly and on time. Nice family business that you don’t come around too often in South Florida. Can honestly recommend.

We chose Cherry beciase the did the roof at our other condo. Cici & Tim did a wonderful job, explained the process answered numerous questions and help us with our payment schedule. This was a big condo 65 units and everything ran smoothly with a large crew on site every day. I highly recommend Cherry Roofs for any job large or small. Ken
