these people are CORRUPT!!!!!!!! – These people have the chief housing inspector in the pocket- I was living in a home I had rented that was managed thru Cherry- after more than a years worth of complaints from me about faulty electricity,heating,disenegrating outside walls, etc and doing some investigating and use of a private inspector, I told them repairs had to be made or I would report them...they immediately responded with a letter saying `GET OUT`....mind you I am a disabled man and had 2 elderly dogs and didn`t reali... read more
I was interested in viewing one of Cherry Realty's properties after seeing the property online and also driving by the location in person. Cherry Realty has a key check-out system in order to view the property, so I drove down to the office to pick up a key, which is about 30 minutes from my current residence. After a 20 minute drive from the office to the rental property, I was VERY surprised and extremely disappointed that the key they had provided was NOT the key to the property!! Do your homework HOA's – Right now my HOA is checking into theft of funds during the time these people were "managing" us. Certainly a breach of fiduciary responsibility.We got wiped out of funds under their stewardship. Investigation is ongoing. Don't get caught by them.
Company that lives on misery – Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE company. They are the rental agency for a house I am currently living in. Rude staff, constant threats of court action for even being a day or two late (accidents happen), and have filed small claims against me even when I DID pay rent on time. (They claim multiple people handle the paperwork and sometimes they "misplace" payments or put people in the wrong stack of paperwork... paid versus court action). Horrible company Dealing with them has been a nightmare. They have zero compassion about any life situations that develop and are quick to take you to court.When I say quick, I mean QUICK. I had problem with my pay once, and I told them I would be a little late. Great realtor A cousin referred me to Mr. Cherry when I was looking to buy a home in the triangle area. He was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods throughout the area and helped us seal the deal. Unfortunately, I recommended him to a friend and he did not return her calls, so she went with another realtor. He must be too busy with clients now.
