Horrible company Dealing with them has been a nightmare. They have zero compassion about any life situations that develop and are quick to take you to court.When I say quick, I mean QUICK. I had problem with my pay once, and I told them I would be a little late. Great realtor A cousin referred me to Mr. Cherry when I was looking to buy a home in the triangle area. He was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods throughout the area and helped us seal the deal. Unfortunately, I recommended him to a friend and he did not return her calls, so she went with another realtor. He must be too busy with clients now. PROS: Knowledgeable CONS: Might not call you back

The worst management company I have ever experienced. They do not even rate ONE star!
We have had a very poor experience with Cherry Realty over the last year and a half. - House was extremely dirty when moving in despite them confirming it would be clean. It took three people about 14 hours straight of cleaning to bring it back to baseline. - Very poor response when we were broken into (twice). While we certainly don't blame them for this occurring, their response was appalling. The managers are very aggressive whenever there's a disagreement. I've yet to have one conversation with the managers where I feel like I'm respected or they value my money. Similar experiences with other minor things has constantly led to hostility. Whenever we needed their assist, attention or even just them doing their job, we were either ignored or accused for causing all the trouble. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The stuffs are very nice but the manager was always aggressive and hostile. I've never had one conversation with him when I felt respected or they value our money. I pay everything in advance just to make minimize contact with the manager. Thanks god I only have to deal with them when paying HOAs, otherwise this would be the last place on earth we would want to do business with. I couldn't imagine renting with them!!!!
