I love the base vets! They are the most throughout vets we’ve ever gone to and my dog is almost 12 years old. Their staff is wonderful too! I was a little Leary with going here when we first moved but so grateful I did! Cami is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and kind! Dr Castro has a delightful personality and is easy to talk to and ask questions!
New captain is awesome. She has a great attitude and brings great energy
After reading reviews I figured they couldn't be that bad and gave them a call for end of life questuons for my dog... just based off a simple call to ask about services you can tell they do not care about the people or the pets. The girl was rude and had an attitude after just asking for a quote to literally say goodbye to my family. Respectfully, have the day u deserve
Great service to service members and military community.
They only do a good job for paperwork needed for base housing. Anything else, good luck. You have to go to the emergency vet clinic. They stopped spaying/neutering services after they said they do. The person at the front desk refuses to pick up the phone and hang up constantly when asking to get an appointment. She says it's a bad connection and will ignore your phone sent it automatically to voicemail. If you're overbooked or not taking in new people, just let us know.
