Don’t rent from them. Poor management which resulted in high turnover in employees and dirty ,which causes bad renters, bug problems. Noisy. Lack of laundry room hours open which causes hard to use. They kept my security deposit and gave excuses. Small no modern appliances. Lack of storage space. You pay for heat thru electricity. No worth the value for your money.

This place has gone downhill in six years. The reason is they have had six managers at that time due to the owner drives them away. He is a asshole. He is rude, unhelpful unprofessional. Rent has gone up five time in six years. The lease in only a year than month to month. Has for maintenance is depending on managers. It was good than went bad. I have lived here over five years without any problems now have problems. Now have problems the manager Mike Feldman is a asshole rude and unhelpful. They have gone through manager five managers since I been here and raised the rents fours times. After the years lease your month to months. Even the other employees think the manager is a asshol. He drives other employees to l,eave a quit.
