I live there and I've been here for 8 yrs and the owner/caretaker is a very nice person he actually cares about everyone's needs and does his best to help. This park is a 55+park so it's nice and quiet there's a waiting list to get in because the rent is much lower than any other park in the area,plus we have alot of trees around us so that helps protect the homes from the hot summer sun and the springs winds.
Super clean, well maintained mobile home park. Just a short drive through the park, it's obvious the owner provides an excellent and affordable living area. There's a lot of green space, and the residents take pride in their yards. Close to shopping and restaurants as well.
