Her passion for animal care also makes her pricing reasonable. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came here because I just moved to the area and was looking for a new vet for my golden retrievers. When I first walked in, the front desk person seemed flustered and a bit stressed out. Whatever, I was in no hurry and understood that maybe she was stressed about something I didn't see going on. This was my first trip and wow was I impressed! These folks truly care about doing the right thing! I don't want to go into details, but they were a HUGE help and my pet and I truly appreciate them. Can't say enough good things - and counter to what I am shocked to read in other reviews, these folks lovingly take the best possible care of animals whether or not they make a dime!
This was my first trip and wow was I impressed! These folks truly care about doing the right thing! Everyone was so very nice and professional, but what really came through were their genuine love of the animals they help! It was so impressed and can't say enough good things about them. Any pet would be VERY LUCKY to be treated here! As for charges, they went out of their way to save me money, so clearly they love us pet owners too!
Do not take your pets here. They are out for profit only and will not follow proper procedures that are in the best interest for your pet (only the best procedures that will maximize profit). Our Golden retriever had a lump on his neck and mouth. Rather than taking X-Rays and diagnosing the problem at the beginning, they said the best thing to do is surgery. Well.. they cut him open to remove the lump and discovered that it could not be removed. Then they did X-rays and discovered he had several other lumps and stage four ca... read more
