BEWARE! I had been scheduled for a corneal transplant for over a month. With less than 24 hours to the surgery, I was called and told they were not in network after I had received paperwork showing they were in network and my associated deductible and copays. They claimed they had been trying to get ahold of me but that was complete fraud and then tried to blame my doctor and his office.
