Just completed my second visit to Cherry Hills Family Eve Care and it was the same as the first. I was greeted by friendly staff asking if I was there to pick up glasses or for an appointment. I only waited a few minutes before being taken back to the exam room. Everyone I interacted was friendly. The office was clean and well maintained. All the equipment was cleaned before I made contact with it. My optometrist was also very friendly and patient with me. Dr. Prange is very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed a more serious issue with my retinas a couple of years ago and sent me to an awesome specialist. After taking care of those issues I was back with Dr. Prange who picked up where we left off. Highly recommend this practice!
I had a lense pop out of my prescription sunglasses and they took care of it right away. Also adjusted my regular glasses. Great service!
Dr. Young and her staff were amazing. After my previous eye care center started getting very pushy about treatment for dry eyes. I was hopeful this would be a better experience. The staff were wonderful, everything was quick but thorough, and Dr. Young gave me actual options for my contacts regarding some vision changes. She also gave me free trials for some dry eye treatments while also reassuring me that my eyes were not in the terrible state that I felt the other office lead me to believe.
