This has never happened to me ever. I bought a used Toyota at Kia Cherry Hill Triplex in Cherry Hill NJ. Purchase date was nearly 3 months ago. The dealer has still not given me the tags and registration!!! It gave me a temporary tag and registration, and when it expired, it gave me a second one, telling me there were "some delays." Cherry hill triplex is horrible. Out dated sales practices. Stay away
I personally had a terrible experience that would be worth zero stars or a negative star if I could give it that. In my opinion I should never have stepped foot on their property.
If you are looking for a qualified dealership, I recommend CHT! They were down to earth and helpful. Sales Manager, Dan, was attentive to our needs from the start of the sale to the end of purchase. Dan was transparent about the suv that we brought, and he made sure that the vehicle had made all of its safety check points. Serg, assisted us with a test drive, paperwork, getting insurance coverage, and gave us directions to the local bank, he was great company.
