I've been there for about 3 years. I thought I liked them but I found some secrets they had. They don't seem to actually inspect everything they listed in the work order. In a previous visit, they recommended the replacement of the cabin filter ($75). FYI, the filter costs less than $20 and you can do this as any other filters in your home. Well, that's OK because we all know dealers charge a bit more. But in the next visit, they again pointed out the same problem. Consistent? Guess what?
