I am a property owner and have had an almost identical experience as the property owner that wrote another review listed here. I also have been with Cherry Hill Property Management since they took over managing my property from Aspect Property Managers. I am embarrassed that I have left it so long. We have had the same frustrating experience as all the others who would give negative stars if possible. Cherry Hill has gone totally dark and is holding a significant amount of money owed to us. Plus security deposits for some of our properties. We advise that you do not do business with this company. We are working with an attorney to determine what legal recourse is available to make these people pay up.
Our tenant paid money in time for last several months never got a cent back they ate up the rent. Please hire them if you want to be the my situation.
Update: 2 months later and funds are just now available in my account which is late. In addition to the funds being late they are also short. I have reached out multiple times but "accounting" has been too busy to respond to me. I have also reached out to Brian (the founder) who has also failed to respond to me. I was finally able to talk to Amy today who mentioned that Brian takes care of the accounting. She also mentioned they "might just give me the correct money" when the contract ends.
