I applied here for a apartment.Paid forcredit check. Just to receive a denial noitice. Funny because they never gave me the actual credit report. That is against the law to take peoples money without giving them the real reason why you're denied. May because they don't want to take section 8.

I moved to these apartments 3 months ago. And since then no one came to clean the lobby. It’s disgustingly dirty there are a lot of spider webs and big stains everywhere.
I’ve lived here over a year. Very nice community, management is in middletown but the maintenance and on grounds staff are prompt with addressing issues and are kind and resourceful. Very peaceful out here! I love that we are close to stores but also connected to woods and the rail trail. Perfect location!
Don’t move here, they don’t care. Every winter no heat or hot water. Maintenance is included with the rent but yet they still try to make you come out of pocket. Rent goes up every year. People can’t park. So many speed bumps it’s like you’re playing Mario cause you’re going up and down. Wendy says she’s about rent but then makes remarks and is no help.
