Standing in line to see Santa. The workers dressed as Elves are miserable and unfriendly. Just wow. My 4 year old couldnt get a smile from them no matter how hard she tried. Lame. Disappointing.

The parking here is ridiculous. There are a ton of spaces for valet but none for normal people?? I've gone to this mall since the 80's I hate it now...
