I am so disgusted. Never will I ever eat the Chinese food from the mall again. I found a piece of metal in my rice and when I said something to the woman who gave me the food, she just stared at me as if she couldn't speak English anymore.

Was very excited to take my son to visit Santa for the first time. Get to the mall and apparently Santa doesn't see people without an appointment?! I don't mind waiting in a separate longer line, but to just be turned away is silly. An appointment to see Santa?! Give me a break.

They have two Santa's working there just to keep things moving but have failed to pay one Santa. The photographers are taught to push families thru without much inter action with Santa. Families are encouraged to enter child's name along with what they would like to have for Christmas so Santa can surprise them by calling them by name and tell them what they wanted. Great idea but doesn't work very often.
First time in this mall and I can say that I can't wait to go back!!! There are so many great stores, I unfortunately didn't have enough time to go in then all. What brought me to the mall was the Santa Attraction. I can now understand why you would have to pay for the attraction! It was so freaking awesome and there were so many things to do inside. Santa was also very friendly and southern? Haha
