Had 3 nieces that was randomly placed there, one had missing windows panes the whole 3yrs she lived there.. the others requested a transfers after a1yr stay like promised they could do only to be told, "oh no whoever told you that was possible lied to you.. They were always pointing fingers or blaming it on downtown or one another. Their attitudes was very unprofessional, funky even, for individuals who work with the public. They should be given courses/(refresh courses) on public interaction.
This office never answers the phone, and they lose your information. Ms. Watts told me she was helping me for a year but turns out she was pretending and now I have back rent. Her & half the employees got fired or quit so now they are saying they lost all my files and correspondence with her!
Mice and roach infected do not recommend
