I called parts and asked about the 19b recall, and was told they had 50 something in stock, so I made an appointment to get it taken care of. When it came time for my appointment they just looked at me and said their was no parts available, but had every opportunity to call me to inform me that they infact did not have my recall. Now I wasted my full lunch break for absolutely no reason.
Not a good policy to let employees driving a company car with a dealer plate to advertise there political views in this environment. I will never buy a car from the Cherry Hill Triplex or any other dealership owned by them. I was in the market until I saw the Jeep in my parking lot. Made my mind up real fast. Most reputable dealerships don't advertise their political position just for this reason. They also forbid their employees from doing it too!
Had my vehicle sitting here for 1 year for a transmission replacement, during that 1 year period my windows were left opened the whole time and my vehicle interior is ruined and moldy and they did not do anything other than offer me a detail. I also requested to speak to general manager about my situation and everyone ignored me and didnt allow me to speak to him. I dont recommend this place to anybody

We purchased a RAM 5500 from this dealership in 2022 and were looking to trade it in for something a little more affordable and family friendly. The rep did not want to entertain a trade in at all (since we have two vehicles that could be traded) instead suggested that he purchase a new car. He was not receptive at all to the fact that we were looking to save money not add on an additional car payment.
