Jonah LIED to me about submitting a claim to my warrenty company and it denying. This resulted in me having an unnecessary tear down and them apparently still “not being able to find the issue” when really he never submitted the engine codes in order to have an inspector to be sent out to begin with. Per my warranty company, all he had to show was the failure codes and an inspector would have been sent out to review. Before I get into the details, I would preface this buy saying, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT do business with Cherry Hill Dodge Ram Jeep (CHDRJ). To that, let me begin.
