I absolutely love this place. I lived here from 2002-2017 , I left and returned in 2020, my son and I are happy to be back. The Ladies in the office are the absolute best, along with maintenance.
Been living here for almost a year now and it’s terrible. The office people don’t even talk to you about what’s been going on and these complaints they get. We had one party one time while the neighbors have party’s all the time and we got a noise complaint for no reason we were not being overly loud and it was a holiday night. They said they gave us a verbal warning but I never talked to them and they never approached me. Office is poorly managed… since family spend the night and have problems with not being on the lease, the office constantly thinks people are in my house… 4-5 instances now where my house is constantly being searched… if I were you, avoid this place at all cost, it seems like they already know office problems and don’t care about who’s working for them or services. It will be 1 year in a few weeks of moving here. My building is friendly, quiet and clean we all speak when we see each other in passing. If your package is left outside someone will drop it at the door or in the hall way for safe keeping. Any repairs needed were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time for emergency and non-emergency issues. The office staff are cordial, approchable and respectful.
