I have been go to this dentist office for several years now. And the dentist I have seen has been carful and knowledgeable. He gives you options, and listens to what you have to say.
Very rude. They had me and my son waiting 40 minuites to get into an appointment then the doctor would take an additional 40 minuites to bring out the release paperwork. My final straw was when I showed up to my last appointment at the 9 minute mark and the secretary tells me that "there is no longer a 10 minute waiting time" ridiculous. In addition to that stuff, I have had a ma admit to reading my paperwork at the end which is a hippa violation. Their my chart system sucks so I can't even read my own test results. Do not recommend .
Called Cherry Health and was told this place took walk-ins and their hours were 8-6. Showed up at 11:40 and the reception desk was dark, no one there to check I or the other person waiting here in. Clearly appointments are happening, as someone passed by in scrubs in the back, but after 30 minutes and hearing voices from the back and the occasional person grabbing something from the front desk and not acknowledging us, no one has come to check us in, and upon calling the dental line for this place, it went straight to voicem... read more
