This was the worst experience of my life they didn't properly numb me and tried pulling my tooth. When I started screaming and almost passed out. They said sorry we can't do anything else and we can refer you to someone else. I went to another dentist and they numbed me properly and had the tooth out in less than a minute. Never go here it's unprofessional and they aren't trained
The employees here do NOT do their job. They DO NOT answer phone calls, they DO NOT return voicemails, and they DO NOT make appointments when you inquire about making one instead they give the run around or tell you to call or come on a different day. I don’t understand what is so difficult something that takes two minutes out of their time to make an appointment when people are trying to give the proper oral care for themselves. I received amazing customer service from Dr. Callaway, Janessa Westhuis, Madalyn Lovell, Alexandra Houser, Madison Simmon, Cindy Leon they all have given me amazing service I absolutely love them over and beyond my expectations so welcoming and all very knowledgeable the all deserve recognition always smiling and very pleasant
I had such a pleasant and positive experience with Dr. Callaway and Iani. I have quite a few cavities, and Dr. Callaway didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed—instead she genuinely took interest in taking care of my oral health. Iani was very sweet and helpful. I’ve always had painful experiences when getting cavities filled. Getting my cavities filled by Dr. Callaway was the first time I’ve had a pain free experience—she listened to me and took the time to numb me properly.
