Will not call you back. If you're lucky and you nag, they'll contact you three weeks later with a flimsy excuse. Didn't happen to me once but on 3 separate occasions. Some of which were emergencies. If they bother to respond to this saying, "oh, we're so sorry this happened to you, how can we help?" Just be actual professionals.
