Holy. Heck. I don’t know who the horrible woman is that was working the front desk today but we ended up leaving. First time there. We walk up to the counter and she is talking to what I assume is a friend. She just stares at us. No hello. Nothing. I say “ummm hello”. And she says “yeah?” No may I help you or ANYTHING! Great place for a birthday party :)
Was there for a HS tournament today and 1st time. Lots of lanes, spacious, several restrooms, TV's in each area. Didn't try food, but saw others and smelled good. They seemed to accommodate a packed alley well. I did see a billiards area and pro shop also.
Best bowling area in Clermont county & the staff is super friendly.
Great Lanes and Great Customer service.
Great place to watch a football game. Bring a dish to share.
