It means so much to me that the wonderful maintenance department tend to my needs so promptly and care so much about their residents. I was unable to walk down the walkway because of extreme severe weather. Maintenance came right away and shoveled a walkway for me and for everyone in the building who was having a hard time, particularly the older adults and small children. Thank you
I have been here for almost 8 months now. Everytime I need maintenence, they always respond within or less than 24 hours. Staff has always been very kind and professional.
If I could leave 0 stars i would. My family and I were moving to Jackson TN and thought Cherry Grove would be a nice place to start out... a pool... a gym... park for the baby to play in. Wow did that dream get sold short. Derek likes to show you a very nicely remodeled apartment that looks great, but what you get is a dirty, not so well taken care of apartments. My boyfriend and I just moved into Cherry Grove and I would just like to say that the staffs help has been amazing!!! Derek, Chase, and Jennifer. All people that have helped us in their own ways to make the process as easy as possible We are so grateful and excited to live here!
I have a chronic illness and have lived here over five years. Can’t even lower rent to reasonable rate. It’s obscene how much rent is for an apartment that doesn’t even have updated appliances. Went from around 945 to over 1300 (including amenties). That’s an almost 40 percent increase over 5 years. Even if it is on par with national average it’s ridiculous (31 percent).
