I have a chronic illness and have lived here over five years. Can’t even lower rent to reasonable rate. It’s obscene how much rent is for an apartment that doesn’t even have updated appliances. Went from around 945 to over 1300 (including amenties). That’s an almost 40 percent increase over 5 years. Even if it is on par with national average it’s ridiculous (31 percent). I have been living at Cherry Grove for the last year and I absolutely love it!!!! The apartment is just as expected, Chase provides the best service ever, and it’s so quiet/clean. Though it may be a bit pricier than other companies, it’s worth every penny for the great amenities and service.
Best place that I’ve lived yet everyone so kind and it’s quite and a peaceful place for my babies
Maintenance always responds quickly and they are very professional.
