This place is a SCAM. When my partner went here, he was told that his gum lines were receding very badly and was told to look into surgery. He was also told he had five cavities that needed the be filled. He had the fillings done and then switched dentists with new insurance. His new dentist told him that his gums were nowhere near as bad as he was being told and that it was unfortunate he has so many cavities because he takes good care of his teeth. I will start out by saying that the lady at the front desk is very sweet! I went here a few months ago for a cleaning. The xrays that were taken were extremely painful and left cuts all over my mouth that lasted about a week. As I was sitting there waiting for the doctor, the hygienist was telling me all about the “office drama”. The doctor was very nice to me but he was clearly very annoyed/ frustrated with one of the hygienists. I felt so bad for her. I would NOT reccomend going here for any dental services. My first visit went well. My second however was terrible. I was told I had X amount of cavities and they asked how many I wanted to do fillings on that day...I said let's do 6. Personally I hate needles, I hate the dentist as well so that was alot for me. However the dentist drilled 12 holes in my teeth to fill all 12 cavities. I asked when we would be done after quite some time and was told there are STILL 8 MORE TO FILL. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They canceled atleast 2 of my appointments cuz doctor was "sick". They are denying me my medical records (xrays/exam results). I've left atleast 6 voicemails and called a few times a week and even drove there when they were supposed to be open and no one was there. I may have to pay hundreds out of pocket because my insurance wont pay repeat procedures in the short time frame of when they did it. This is illegal as far as I know.
